1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:


The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


All tags, manuals, accessories, and original components must be intact.


The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.


Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

La Basera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or other supported payment method).

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
